The Courageous Conversations Facilitation Team, a group of faculty, students and administrators, brings together a diverse group of the 情色空间 Community for conversations on race and racial justice.聽
Mission
The program was created on the principle that racism impacts all of us. We recognize that understanding, interrupting, and dismantling internal and external racism is lifelong work and cannot just be achieved by a series of seminars, but we believe that engagement with people across various lines of difference is an essential element of this work. As we come to know one another, we will recognize the inherent dignity within each of us, find common ground, and learn from one another in a trusting, authentic community.

Flourishing Together is a Boston College initiative dedicated to fostering meaningful connection, belonging, and well-being across our campus community. Rooted in Boston College鈥檚 Jesuit Catholic mission to educate the whole person and form a community committed to the common good, the initiative recognizes that strong relationships are essential to both individual and communal flourishing.Through a series of engaging prompts, participants will have the opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the University, discover shared interests and experiences, and deepen relationships with colleagues you already know.Whether you are new to Boston College or have been part of the community for years, Flourishing Together offers a chance to pause, connect, and strengthen the relationships that enrich our work and deepen our sense of community.
This event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 4:00-5:30 pm, in the Walsh Hall 131 Function Room. Please note that this is an in-person event, with light refreshments provided.
