Patricia Mason, Ph.D. is the Executive Director of the Campus School at Boston College and the Kennedy Day School at Franciscan Children’s. She brings more than 40 years of experience in education and administration across public, private, and institutional settings.
Dr. Mason has provided leadership and oversight for educational, residential, and clinical services supporting individuals with disabilities across the lifespan. Her professional background includes multiple CARF accreditations, experience as a DESE program reviewer, and extensive teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Throughout her career, Dr. Mason has held numerous teaching and administrative roles, focusing on areas such as autism, assistive technology, and educational assessment. She has also served on several state committees and research initiatives addressing topics such as teacher experiences during the pandemic and the use of augmentative and alternative communication.
Dr. Mason earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emmanuel College in Music Therapy and Rehabilitation Counseling. She received her Master’s Degree in Education (Deafblind), Certificate of Advanced Educational Studies (Vision and Deafblind), and Doctorate from Boston College.
