Work-family Intersections; Careers; Workplace Inclusion; and Leadership.
Jamie Ladge is a professor of Management at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. She is primarily known for her research exploring the intersection of work and family, gender and identity issues in organizations, and career advancement of women and racial minorities. Her work has been published in several top management journals including the听Academy of Management Review,听Academy of Management Journal,听Journal of Applied Psychology,听Organizational Behavior and听Human Decision Processes听补苍诲听Organization Science. In 2019, she co-authored the book听Maternal Optimism: Forging Positive Paths through Work and Motherhood,听published by Oxford University Press. She has also co-authored many articles in the听Harvard Business Review,听and her research has been featured in major media outlets, among them听The Wall Street Journal,听New York Times, The Atlantic, Forbes,听Fortune,听CNN Money,听and听叠耻蝉颈苍别蝉蝉飞别别办.
