The Carroll Scholars program is a three year formative learning community for first generation and/or low income students focusing on enhancing academic achievement, belonging, and career outcomes.听 听 听
Three Key Levels of Support:
Academic
听Our three-year roadmap provides support for academically rigorous courses, ensuring you thrive in demanding subjects.
听Shared coursework through junior year in core quantitative courses: Accounting, Coding for Business, Finance, Operations Management, and Statistics.
听We also offer two foundational freshman-year seminars: Career Bridge听and Career Accelerator; designed to help you transition to the rigors of 情色空间 and jumpstart your professional exploration.听
Career
听A core objective of our program is to accelerate your career exploration by providing early and meaningful exposure to a wide array of employers and industries.听
听Career Development course in freshman year with local career treks in Boston & NYC to meet with firms like Morgan Stanley, LEK Consulting, PwC, Moelis Investment Bank, and Google.听
听Proactive career advising in sophomore and junior years.
Belonging
听Community outings with cohort members and cohort alumni to build comradery. Past events have included Boston sports, apple picking, potlucks, movie nights, and more!
听Bridge Builders Peer mentorship program offers high-touchpoint advice and mentorship to first year scholars to around 24 students per year.听At the heart of our Mentorship Program are three vital principles: community, trust, and a network of care.

Our Mission

The Carroll Scholar program allows First-Generation and Montserrat students to excel within the management core, explore various career paths, and develop a sense of community in the Carroll School of Management. The program is designed to help students launch into successful professional careers.
